Choices can be overwhelming. Research suggests that, as adults, we make 35,000 decisions EACH DAY! Talk about fatigue! So, it’s no wonder that there are some things that we just want to take our hands off the wheel, sit back, and let life just happen. When it comes to our mental health, however, we cannot just cruise through life. There are some factors that are in our control and other factors outside of our control, but we must all choose how we are going to let those factors affect our lives.
