Easter at Newbreak Church
This Easter Sunday we will reflect on that first Easter morning, when Mary Magdalene is headed to the tomb to bury her final hopes of who she hoped Jesus would be, of all she expected Him to do in her life. What are you ready to bury and give up on? We can discover though, like Mary, that Jesus goes far beyond our expectations! And that His resurrection means new life and new hope for all of us--if we will respond to Him. Mary didn't recognize Jesus at first--just like we have trouble doing in our lives. But He is there, calling out our names!
