About Thea Tafoya

Hello, my name is Thea Tafoya and it has been a tremendous honor to be called an educator for the last 28 years.  In that time, I have taught children ranging in age from 2 years old up to second grade, but my first love is preschool age children. That is one of the many reasons I am thankful to be back to Directing preschool, offering support to families of preschoolers, as well as guidance and coaching to preschool teachers.  The field of Early Childhood education has progressed and moved to the forefront but what has stayed constant is God’s beautifully unique design for each child. Holding tightly to God’s plan has led me through a marvelous journey as an educator and parent of two magnificent grown children.  My hope is to share snapshot of that journey to guide others on their path.
