Hold on to Hope

The message this weekend from Pastor Markus Witherspoon, in Psalm 13:1-6 and other passages throughout Scripture, reminds us that it’s easy to think that God only cares about our spiritual health and where we will spend eternity. However, we want you to know that the Bible shows us over and over again how important our mental health is to our Heavenly Father as well. When we are struggling with our mental health, one of the first things that starts to slip away is our hope, which makes everything in our lives seem so much more difficult. So, what can we do to restore our hope when we are walking through those difficult seasons?

As you listen in, you will be:

  1. Challenged to place our hope in the One secure place.
  2. Encouraged to lean into different tools when circumstances feel hopeless.
