Sermon Notes

Psalm 23

"The Lord is my shepherd," and many people can finish the verse! Psalm 23 is one of the most famous passages in all of the Bible and is often read at funerals. But what if this was also meant to be an anthem for the living? What if there is never too much exposure to this gem? What if the Lord wants to do something so deeply renewing through this passage? Listen in as Newbreak Church leads us to see this familiar passage with some fresh insights and an invitation to experience more of the shepherd's goodness.

In this message, you will be encouraged and challenged to:

  1. Give up being the "captain of your own soul" to embrace the care of the shepherd
  2. Start a prayer journal and document the journey the shepherd takes us on
