Sermon Notes
Joseph, Part 8 / Grace that Transforms / Genesis 44:1-34
What happens when God brings you back to a place where you once failed? In Genesis 44, Joseph gives his brothers one final test, placing them in a situation that looks strikingly similar to the choice they made years earlier. This time, though, their response is different. Through Judah’s willingness to sacrifice himself for Benjamin, we see how God uses testing to reveal what is in our hearts and show the transforming power of His grace. God does not bring us back to old places to shame us, but to show us how He is making us new.
