Ephesians, Part 11 / Spirit-Filled Parenting / Ephesians 6:1-4
What if the clearest picture of the gospel in your home isn't what you say at dinner, but how you treat the people around the table? In Ephesians 6:1–4, Paul tells children to obey and honor because they belong to the Lord, not because fear demands it—then turns to fathers, trading Roman domination for nurture. Parenting becomes discipleship: leading under Christ's authority rather than our own, holding guardrails and grace together. Wherever you land in your family story, God's design points us back to our perfect Father.
