There are many characteristics of a good leader, one being that they hold tight to the vision. Vision is what drives every decision and move that is made, no matter what adversity comes against you.

Servant Leadership is part of the leadership model at Newbreak. Adapted from Ken Blanchard’s work, “Lead Like Jesus”, the model combines biblical examples with practical tools to educate and equip leaders. The first two weeks answer the two fundamental questions leaders must first resolve: 1) who will I follow and 2) how will I lead? The remaining four weeks deal with the 4 domains of leadership, head, heart, hands and habits.
