One challenge of leadership is raising up others to come alongside you and learn the ropes. Sometimes this means slowing down and putting the why in front of the what when it comes to the task at hand.

Servant Leadership is part of the leadership model at Newbreak. Adapted from Ken Blanchard’s work, “Lead Like Jesus”, the model combines biblical examples with practical tools to educate and equip leaders. The first two weeks answer the two fundamental questions leaders must first resolve: 1) who will I follow and 2) how will I lead? The remaining four weeks deal with the 4 domains of leadership, head, heart, hands and habits.
